We at Fergus Falls Monument have been making signs out of granite for businesses, recreation and individuals for decades. “Solid” and “permanent” are words associated with a sign made of granite. Whether it’s a business sign that represents roots in the community, a tee box for a frisbee golf course that will never fade or a house number that creates just the look. Granite can be subtle or as bold in any custom look.
When creating a sign with granite most customers are looking for any design and lettering to be carved into the granite itself similar to a traditional memorial one would see in a cemetery. This gives the sign a durability that can’t be found with any other medium.
Another method is using a granite boulder with metal letters. This allows us to keep a more natural face on the rock while keeping the lettering highly visible.
